For a dream to grow it must go from ME to WE. When you have a great idea, it’s all too easy to want to own the brilliance. Hide it, keep it under wraps until everything is perfect. Creating an imaginary future thought where you get all the glory. This way of thinking won’t help you. Our dreams are just that, “Ours”. Not “mine” or “yours.” but “Ours.” Ours to help inspire. Ours to support and share. Like an infant child at first, you are their parents, teaching them to walk, introducing them to new people, and helping them find themselves. Until eventually they learn to run, without your help at all. Regardless, you’ll always be there.
