I like to use at least one day a week to clear my mind. Doing all the things I’ve been putting off. You know those things that take like 5 minutes to start and finish but take up so much unneeded too in your brain. Like paying a bill or making a call to the telephone company. These repetitive low frequency thoughts have the capacity to weigh you down for your entire week if you’re not careful. Dealing with them right now will help you feel accomplished.
Monday’s don’t need to be so Monday.
