“She started it.” “It’s his fault.” Some our first learnings, being taught there’s a cause for everything. With anything bad happening routinely being someone else’s responsibility.

An extremely faulty logic.

Let’s explore with a bigger picture. Who’s “fault” is it that I was born? My mothers? Fathers? Their mother and father? The first humans? The evolved monkey? The first mammal? The Big Bang?

You see, fault entails a reverse engineer leading to infinite potential causes. With none holding satisfactory answers. Looking to the past does only one thing for sure – depreciates right now responses.

Instead, today, right now, why not take charge by doing something so simple it may have been overlooked. Stop blaming anyone or anything for what’s happening to you. Accept that you’ll never be able to fully control the outside world. Turn within.
