Be careful to not confuse self realization with your idea of perfection. We all fail. We all fall. Don’t make your practice a burden. In reality, perfection is very imperfect, wild and free. Like the natural growth of a forrest, birth, and the universe expanding. More like a loving embrace of it all. The good and the bad. Try not to be too hard on yourself for your missteps and misdeeds. Awareness allows the transformation to take root. Concentrate on that and your life will begin to take on a more relaxed flow.

Leo Tolstoy got it right when he said “If you look for perfection, you’ll never be content.”
